Minutes from the April 13th, 2007 meeting
Held Friday April 13th at 7pm at Steve & Katy Brown's house (6045 Round Tower Lane).

The association has $8,232 in our account (including $200 collected for 2007-2008 dues). No additional reoccuring issues and all bills are paid.

The effort by Kin and Steve went very well and the association is currently at 98 of the 123 homes in the neighborhood having paid dues for 2006-2007. Five homes have even already paid for the next cycle.
Next Steps: Thank families that paid in newsletter.
Steve Brown looked into this and while the association has a right to access the land the homeowner owns the land and can take the signs down with the permission of the city. Several options were discussed on how to handle this situation and it was decided to simply keep things the way they are.

We decided to rehire Craig (did the work last year) since he was by far the lowest bid.
Next Steps: Bob Gardner will notify Craig of our decision.
| New Entrance Signs & Irrigation System |
We decided not to rebuild the wall on the Avery side and not to look into a new irrigation system at this time. We did decide to look into having a new stone sign constructed for the Muirfield side and move the current sign to the Avery side to replace the one that is falling apart.
Next Steps: Katy Brown is looking into bids for the Muirfield entrance work.

A garage sale will be scheduled for June 15th & 16th, the annual block party will be scheduled for Saturday August 18th.

The last version will be updated and sent out since we did not send it before the last meeting. Work continues on the directory.

Volunteers were asked for, no takers.
This topic was discussed and since things seem to have calmed down around the neighborhood it was decided that no action would be taken at this time.
The next meeting will be held on July 20th at 7pm at Tim and Carol's house.
